FHN 2019 Flu Shot Clinics Protect yourself and your family with a flu shot! Influenza ("flu") isn't anything to mess around with - it can be serious or even deadly for elderly people, newborn babies, and people who have certain chronic illnesses Help your body fight off the flu this year by getting a flu shot at one of FHN's flu shot clinics, open to the public at convenient locations across northwest Illinois. NOVEMBER 2 6 p.m Pearl City State Bank 215 S. Main, Pearl City 1 10 a.m. noon St. John's Lutheran Church 229 S. First Street, Pearl City 3 If you are an adult under 65 years of age, you will get a quadrivalent vaccine for $28. If you're 65 or over, you will receive a high-dose version of the vaccine (S62). There will be no out-of-pocket expense if you are covered by Medicare Part B (please present Medicare card) or a Medicare HMO accepted by FHN (there's a list available at each location; covered persons MUST present the Medicare HMO card instead of the Medicare card for the billing process) 9 a.m. noon Fitness Lifestyles 641 W.
