Michelle Burns and John French recently relocated to Sterling IL to open up Smoked On 3rd. John has spent 31 years in Naples, FL, managing bars, grills and restaurants whereas Michelle has spent 26 years in the food industry as a dietitian, specializing in the food service industry as a salesperson and consultant. She has also owned restaurants as well. Together, they are creating a wonderful place where one can get a great meal and have wonderful service. Our brisket is our #1 seller!
